Choose an entry system around the whole opening

A front-door project can include more than the door panel. Sidelights, a transom, frame, threshold, glass and hardware all affect the finished entrance. Share photos from both sides and explain what you want to change: appearance, operation, privacy or comfort. We supply entry, fibreglass and steel options, along with custom systems.

Patio and garden doors: plan both sides of the opening

For a patio or garden door, consider the space inside the room and the access outside. Furniture, curtains, deck steps and outdoor seating can affect the arrangement that works best. Tell us how the existing door opens and what is awkward about using it.

Weather sealing, hardware and installation

Discuss the complete installation, including the frame and sill area, sealing, threshold and surrounding finishes. Hardware options such as multi-point locking depend on the system selected; ask the estimate to name what is included.
