No more moisture on our windows, our heating bill dropped and our house is warmer with it's new hat ! We also received a nice rebate from Fortis! We highly recommend Lipstick Property Solutions! I would have added photos but I couldn't find them .. 🤦♀️

★★★★★GoogleI noticed Lipstick Property Solutions installing windows in a house down the street last year. I was impressed by their really tidy and professional worksite. The new windows looked really great in the house. This year when looking to replace my windows I reached out to Rich for a quote. I had 7 windows replaced with triple pane including a large picture window in my living room. I was a little worried as my exterior is stucco but it was not an issue. I am very happy with my new windows and the work and craftsmanship of Rich and his team. They arrived when they said they would for the quote, measurements and installations. They were very professional and efficient while doing the job. I especially appreciated how clean the work area was inside and out after they were finished. The quality of the windows is apparent in how much quieter and warmer it is inside the house and how much they've enhanced the look of the exterior. The final invoice matched the original quote. I highly recommend Lipstick for window replacement and will have them back when I replace my basement windows.

where do I start? Being the owner of an older home with windows from the jurassic period, it was time to replace. A search online pointed us in the direction of LPS, so I sent off the email to commence operation make-my-house-great-again. We had some windows replaced as well as a door, showed up when they said they would, did a splendid job and shared info on more rebates! (who doesn't want to save some $)
The bonus is the pig in the logo, being people who have pigs this ment we could trust LPS. who doesn't love pigs?!
Would definitely contact them again to put them to work doing other jobs in this weirdly constructed Franken-house.
Best company to support, Knowledgeable on rebates and grants that help homeowners upgrade/weather proof the overall look and feel of their homes.

Lipstick topped off our attic insulation for us. We have an older home that the previous owners did too much DIY to and they did a fantastic job of completing the job properly as it should have been done years ago. The job was large and they stuck to their original quote. We're looking forward to a cooler home in the summer and a warmer home in the winter. Shoutout to their young man employee who was a rockstar; he cheerfully worked all day in the attic, even as the job took more time than estimated. Awesome to see such a strong work ethic. 5 stars.

Wow! I can't believe how lucky I was to find Rich and his team. What a fantastic group of people. I had been complaining about my windows for 10 years (since we purchased our home) about how they freezing cold in the winter and boiling hot in the summer. The temperature fluctuation in our home was always so drastic. Finally, we decided to get a quote on replacement windows and Lipstick Property Solutions was so responsive to our concerns and positive about their solutions. We ended up swapping out our double paned windows to beautiful triple paned. What an amazing difference. The comfort level inside is spectacular and the reduction of street noise is impressive. Rich and his team were professional, personable, reliable, and punctual. Rich kept us informed from the very beginning of the process right on through to the finish. Rich and his crew did an exceptional job in upgrading our windows to triple pane and two new doors. Rich assisted us on having an additional 1”1/2 hard styrofoam insulation and new siding as well. Had a couple of minor issues that he fixed up immediately. Would highly recommend Rich and his crew to anybody looking to upgrade their home.

Lipstick Property Solutions did an excellent job replacing 6 windows on our house in 2024. Rich was very professional and easy to work with. We have hired him again to replace the rest of our windows this year.
We cannot say enough amazing things about Rich and Lipstick Property Solutions. Rich completed our windows and doors, and coordinated subcontractors for the exterior insulation and siding—who also did a fantastic job, including removing our old stucco siding. The results are absolutely outstanding. The workmanship was top-notch, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish.
What truly sets Rich apart is him. His communication was incredible throughout the entire project. Even while he was going through personal matters, he always made the effort to check in with us—often after work hours, on weekends, or whenever he could—just to make sure we were happy and comfortable with how everything was going. That level of care and dedication is rare.
Rich didn’t just feel like a contractor; he has become someone we genuinely trust and value—and honestly, a friend. He always showed up, followed through, and made sure every detail was handled properly. Even when there were a few things we preferred done a little differently, Rich and everyone involved were amazing about taking feedback and worked hard to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. We felt supported and confident the entire time.

In 7 days Richard and crew developed and designed the most magnificently classy environment this old home had known. Installed over 28 huge daylight windows plus opened space in the wall through siding for installation of windows in 2 bathrooms releasing light exposure. Included in this project were 2 huge patio doors accompanied next to them are enormously epic large daylight triple pane windows plus entrance ways with huge daylight windows. All of the windows are triple pane, fashioned doors with exquisite decorative polished glass bringing the entrance ways to a level of superior style. The temperature of home maintains consistency removing the fluctuation extracted from the old windows. Richard went above and beyond expectations. He understood what we the owners were looking for. Richard’s expertise and professionalism exceeds with confidence. In addition to Richard’s contract he embellished his surroundings such as for our pets Dexter and Emee chihuahua’s who embraced Richard and crew and to their cleanup post work project.
